Kaduna - Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna
State has denied telling politicians in the
state who were not happy with his political
appointments to go and die, reports National
Mirror.
The governor, who was reacting to media
reports that he asked those opposed to his
political appointments to go and die, blamed
mischief makers for the false report.
El-rufai in a statement by his media aide,
Samuel Aruwan said he never asked anybody
to die during the question and answer
segment of the Kaduna State Government
Town Hall meeting held last Saturday.
Aruwan explained that only one medium
inserted the word die into its report.
He said the video clip clearly shows that the
governor never told anybody to go and die
over appointments or anything.
